  : Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable, good room and excellent facilities, nice touches in the room - fresh fruit one day, chocolates the next. Fridge and tea and coffee making facilities was a real bonus.
  : Unfortunately I found our stay a little impersonal, if you arrive after 2pm you collect your keys from the secure box outside - had no problem with this. But I found the staff were not very friendly or welcoming, breakfast provided was adequate and sufficient but there was no interaction with the staff other than a cursory nod to acknowledge you were there. I understand there are not many English speakers on the island, we didn't have a problem with this, and it wasn't a barrier in our previous hotel where no English was spoken. This was a shame as the hotel is very nice but I do feel the staff let the experience down a bit. I did observe other Spanish guests and noted that there was no interaction with them either, so clearly not just down to a language barrier. Perhaps a bit of staff training needed for the future.

  : A clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Great value for the price.
  : Nothing really. Staff leaves at w PM which gives the hotel less atmosphere at evenings.

  : No croissants. Beds OK Kichenette was frig and kettle, coffee and peppermint tea. No milk provided or ordinary tea. Breakfast in dining room good
  : Kitchenette would have been better described. It was not a kitchenette. It would have been good to know in advance that the reception was available only from 9am to 2 pm (it was advertised as from 8 am but never was). We couldnt check in until at least 1 pm and when we got there at 2.10 pm everywhere was locked

  : Location and staff. The receptionist was very helpful and provided a lot of tourist information.
  : The breakfast has a long margin for improvement: * Start earlier: it could start at 7am to take more advantage of the rest of day time. * Serve more hot food and local products: serve cheese made on the island, fried eggs and bacon, cold milk, etc ...
