  : I do not know her name but the female host was great. She called us the first day to see if everything was okay. She also switched out a TV that was not working. She was wonderful! The cottage was great. Location couldn’t have been much better. Overall it was a great stay. I would for sure stay here again. Thank you!

  : Location. Cleaning people were nice when they showed up the two times.
  : This is our fourth time staying here and this was a big disappointment this time. We had two towels for 4 people. We ended up buying more. There was no hot water coming from the bathroom faucet but whatever came out of ANY faucet was scalding hot. We had no remote for the TV. No broom or dustpan. No working lamps other than overhead. The hide-a-bed was so worn thin we ended up buying a foam pad for our son to sleep on which meant buying another blanket and sheets. When it rained, the front door leaked which the plumber witnessed when he came to adjust our pipes on the FIFTH day (yes 5 days with ONLY HOT WATER! Miserable when you want to cool down from the beach!) Speaking of plumbers on the 4th morning we woke up to banging and major noise above us. Like another unit was being built. It would have been nice to know that they were going to be working on another unit. It was so loud you couldn't hear eachother. But, there was zero communication from mgt. I had messaged them repeatedly about the water situation, the fact that the hot water tanks were emitting gas smells from outside, finally when we were out of toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels, on the 4th day someone showed up with some. The second day a person showed up and gave us thd remote from another room. We had already bought more towels and a lamp at that point and we ended up taking the broom and dustpan from another unit being cleaned. On the 5th day I received a call/message from a "higher up" who wanted to talk about all this but has NEVER returned my calls, texts, or emails back. Just a major disappointment. It's a great location. And a simple but adequate place to stay when properly maintained.

  : The shower, not enough hot water. I left messages and no one responding back to me about it. I had to leave the water running for a long time before I could feel any kind of hot water.
