: The house itself is old, but not bad. It does have an insect problem. Most rooms had tiny ants, I killed two spiders, including one on the bed mattress and killed a small roach on the bedroom wall. Vacasas staff members are terrible and made promises to take care of issues, but no one ever showed up. One staff member Rosie was awful and unprofessional!!!!! In temperatures over 100 degrees, she lied and stated that air conditioning was not promised in the house!!!!!! The house has window units and one did not work and that was her response.
: Pest control was needed! The ice maker did not work on the refrigerator and the downstairs bathrooms tub and shower faucets did not work. This was reported early in our trip and no one addressed the issues!

: The house was very nice. The outside patio was great. The house has plenty of space to sit and dance. The house is very comfortable. I would rent again.
: There was not enough towels. There was no hand or bath soap. The cable did not work. You can only watch one tv at a time. There was not enough sheet or comfortable. The coffee machine did not work. The upstairs floors are coming up.

: The ac unit didn't work in the hallway. There were ants in the restroom. In the kitchen. And on the couch. There were cigarettes outside. Both grills were dirty and no propane. The trash was not taken out..it was very hot in the house.We called and said maintenance would be there in 24 hours. Never showed up.When you call the staff was very rude and got hung up on..and the staff never got back with us.
