  : Very close to the beach. Washer/dryer, Gas and charcoal grill available.
  : There were no pots and pans (we wanted to do a blue crab boil and fish fry from our charter trip and had to buy pans.) Above the stove looks like someone had a food fight. The beds feel like there are bags of rocks in them. No shade for the patio. And half the chairs are broken. The spiral staircase is extremely narrow and the only way to navigate the house from inside. Both bathrooms are super crowded. Downstairs restroom I couldn't sit on the toilet without my chest hitting the sink. And upstairs the nobs for the shower are busted. No broom/cleaning supplies available so if you made a mess or brought in sand from the beach theres no easy way to clean it up. Cant change the thermostat. Some rooms were freezing and others were very hot. I thought I'd have garage access for my vehicle, instead I had to park under the patio where drinks, food etc were spilled on my car. The front gate latch is broken. No water hose/outside shower to rinse off the beach items you used.

  : The house was in the perfect location. We were able to walk to the beach, pier, and shops. The only downfall was the beds were very hard and the AC would not stay set. We would leave to go to the beach and be burning up and go into the house and it was hotter than outside. Otherwise everything was great. Would highly recommend.

  : Clean and family friendly. Plenty of space. Well stocked with the basics.
  : Bed in front bedroom was uncomfortable. One of the faucets in shower did not work. Smoke alarm was beeping and it was difficult to locate since it was in the attic.

  : The location of the property had to be the best for me. It’s dead in the center of everything.The unit has a funny odor So I kept the doors open most of the time.The kitchen was clean and very presentable.
  : I love the bathroom downstairs better than the one upstairs. We had to re-wash all the comforters because they didn’t look very clean. However I’m a neat freak and I drove myself right now and to Walmart that’s how convenient it was and pick me up some Lysol bleach laundry detergent.

  : Thermostat is programmed and locked on 70°. Anyone who may have breathing issues like my husband, it made it difficult to keep his asthma from flaring up at night.The bedroom upstairs on the right, the tv is going out. Very distorted viewing.

  : Garbage disposal didn’t work, down stairs bath window leaked when it rains ( all the time ) air conditioning set to high (couldn’t sleep ) major party spot across street ( hundreds of people) it’s a old house shouldn’t have a prime rate . Parking for mini cars
