Disappointing

  : The potential & character of the house- also the location.
  : Not being clean- fans, overhead and floor, with 1/4 inch of dust on blades, many dirty kitchen utensils, sticky kitchen floor, ceiling panel dangling in air. Doors dont close or stay closed. No front porch light that worked. Never found outside garbage can to take out our trash.

  : The house was in a good location quiet neighborhood And close to the beach.
  : There was dog hair everywhere the house was not clean and when we called about the laundry that was supposed to be included we did not get a response. We also didn't have access to the downstairs and we were not notified but I did get some money refunded back.

  : It was plenty of space in the home. I loved the floor plan! You get a two for one kinda deal. Very teenager friendly.
  : The pullout sofa bed didn't work, the water pressure upstairs was very low, and it wasn't enough extra blankets for the all the sleeping areas (besides the bedroom beds)..

  : The water was horrible, it took hours to get showers. There was no water at times. The toilets would not flush.

  : Beautiful home. Loved the antiques. Spacious and homely.

  : Not a 3bed 2 bath only 1 bath had to go through bedroom get to ,no privacy,and no doors shut right, saw cox roaches,fans don't work in some room a very dusty, no water pressure in shower ,st all, rotted wood fallen apart from window in shower, understand old house but needs a little TLC , wanted to go get motel after first night, because of privacy and shower, also, no extra blankets,and only 1 bathrag , with 2 lady's very hard especially for 2. Nights, dresser drawers in 1 bedroom dirty, and fallen apart, like the antiques, but also need a place for clothes. Even closets jumbled with stuff, sorry leave bad review but, think we misled, just please try, to address ,for next people, thanks

  : No lock/latch for the upstairs bathroom An unclean house - found cigarette butts in a shot glass on the vanity Found empty cigarette packs and butts and ashes and a black lighter in dresser in Bedroom 2 Upstairs kitchen chairs cloth stained and gross Front left burner of stove wouldn't ignite - a maintenance guy came on Saturday and told us not to use the burner There's a HUGE orange stain in the upstairs sink and the faucets on the sink is not anchored The front steps are warped and unsafe for seniors - compared to the solid construction The driveway is cracked and uneven- scraped car bumper Downstairs unit reeks of mold VACASA non-responsive to issues
