  : View and access to the beach was amazing. Water pressure was great and we had plenty of hot water.
  : We were only given 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 trash bags for the entire weekend with 4 people. The office did not have extras to give to us so we had to buy our own. Shower was stuck on shower and would not switch to bath mode. There are about 15 codes to remember for the facility between the pool codes, gate codes, door codes, and (public) bathroom codes. Wifi did not work in our unit. I didn't get the chance to talk with the office about this however so this may have been solved easily.

  : The security guard was very creepy we were trying to grill out on the property with the properties Grill my daughters went to go to the store for me he held in my parking in the parking lot about very inappropriate things for over 40 minutes I even walked up and asked him if there was a problem and he said oh no I'm just having a little conversation the rest of the time we felt very uncomfortable seemed like every time we went to the balcony it seems like he was there when we would leave and come back he would follow to a parking spot

  : The location was great walking distance to the beach
  : This place was misleading on the video tour it made it look like a spacious condo but it was basically a efficiency apartment they made it seem like it was a full kitchen it was not the stove was a plug in hot plate the apartment was very very dirty it was 6 of us they only provided 2 rolls of tissue 1 pack of instant coffee we were getting bitten by something everybody had rashes

  : Short walk to beach
  : Didn’t get the information needed prior to arrival on how to check in. Had to make several phone calls with kids on the car before we were able to access to Parking and the room. Paid over $100 for cleaning fee yet was expected to strip all the beds and have the property very clean before we left. Has to pay an extra $25 on arrival for parking pass/internet fee that we thought was included.

  : Room was not ready at check in. I said something 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Then the owner decided to visit my room in a condisending manner asking me what the problem was. I told I I was paying $600 for a room and if they want me to check out on time my room should be ready with the same urgency. Room was still not cleaned even 30 minutes after. Fridge took 24 hours to get cold. Ac room temp did not get colder than 76 degrees.
