  : Place was lovely, great location, friendly staff.
  : Had a slight y dodgy bed, but probably just got unlucky with that. Lots of loud noises in the night, didn't know if it was people in or out of the hotel.

  : We were there for only three nights but we were very satisfied that we got this room with a beautiful view of Garda see. The room was ok, and the bed was comfortable. We got a very good view of the Garda seeThe only problem is the shower room because it was too small. The hotel is near to the beach and restaurants. Everything is just walking distance. The staff were also accomodating and helpful. We are glad we found out this hotel. Perfect for relaxing. Next time we come back to Gardasee, we will surely come again at this hotel.

  : Warm friendly staff. Very clean throughout.Brilliant location, just a few minutes walk to the lake, bus station and boats.
  : Beds are a little on the hard side.bedroom and bathroom decoration is dated.

  : We've stayed at this lovely, family run hotel a number of times. The staff are friendly and approachable and the hotel is well-maintained and always spotless. The food in the restaurant is very good and the hotel is very well-managed. We're looking forward to staying here again. It's in a great location and has a lovely pool.
  : The shower cubicles could be bigger! But that might be my problem!

  : Lovely Family run hotel a-bit dated but full of charm and we had read previous reviews so we were expecting that, spotlessly clean, very nice staff and the lady on reception was very helpful, great location (less than three mins walk to the lake), nice pool area. Lovely little bar where you could sit and have a drink on the terrace. Our room on fourth floor had beautiful views of lake and surrounds. We had some trouble one night with aircon dripping and as soon as we mentioned it to housekeeper she had a maintenance man there to fix it within minutes.
  : The shower was very very small and husband had difficulty getting in (he's 6'3") but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
