  : How the bathtub was so slippery, I fell out the shower, landed 2 inches away from my head hitting the toilet and the shower curtain landing on me. I reported the accident to the supervisor working while I checked out. I was told that I would receive an email from the property. It’s been a little over 3 weeks and I have yet to receive a simple apology.

  : The bus to and from Disneyland was great and close by, easy to use, easy to get on and off. There are restaurants close by which is really handy and having Target across the street is great as well. I don't have a lot of positive things to say about the actual hotel itself as I didn't experience anything great about it unfortunately.
  : The breakfast was disappointing, styrofoam plates and plastic cutlery is poor, the options were minimal and I specifically waited on a chat for 1 hour to get an answer as to what was on offer for this and was told that there were lots of pastries and options for breakfast, this is why I booked this hotel. What we got was not what was told to me. Coffee available 24/7 in the lobby, if you don't drink coffee there was only a hot water urn during breakfast. The room had a coffee machine, no pods, no instructions, asked housekeeping, they didn't speak English so we never got an answer on how to use the machine and what we needed to buy to be able to use this. No kettle so couldn't have a cup of tea. Staff were lacklustre, non enthusiastic and I didn't find them overly helpful. The bed was rock hard and the pillows were stained, the towels were also stained, mould in the showers. The pool area had beer cans floating in it and the garden had used diapers. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend this to anyone.
