  : Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was decent. 4/10 is the highest I can give for this.
  : Stayed there for 3 nights. 2 out of 3 nights we were disturbed by people attempting to open our room.1st night - Our door was locked and it was unlocked and pushed open WITHOUT ANY KNOCKING. Did not see who opened it as I shouted at them it was the wrong door. Probably the staff unlocked it with the master key. He did not even apologise but even opened it again after closing as if we did not exist.2nd night - Another couple attempted to open our door. Apparently the reception gave them the same room as ours.Location - Highly surprised why no reviews mentioned this apart from the view. Was there in the winter season. If you are not renting a car, I DO NOT RECCOMEND coming here. The last bus up to this place is around 6pm which means that you have to catch the train from Zermatt at 5+pm. This essentially means you are forced to cut your days short / rush back to the train station after the ski slopes close. Returning that early also means that you have to get dinner at the hotel which only had their restaurant available. (The food is quite alright but it can get boring as the menu is not very extensive)

  : The property was clean, Amazing breakfast.
  : On Google Maps the way to the hotel that is shown is dangerous. Please check the way. We ended up on an almost 70 degrees way which was narrow. There is another road which is much much better, so please check which way GPS is showing.

  : The location, the breakfast and the restaurant were very good. Raclette and Kseschnitten are totally recommended.
  : The beds were not comfortable, we didn't have a place to leave our stuff (table or something), neither in the room or in the shared bathroom. Not even some hangers for towels in the bathroom.
