  : I stayed at this property with my family Jun 14-18, upon arrival I had noticed an unsafe situation in the backyard of the property and contacted Vacasa right away by calling them and following up with an email enclosing a photo of the unsafe situation. A gutter pipe had come off half of the roof of the house and was hanging, singing in the wind, above the backyard. I didn't get them to address or resolve the issue beyond the "thank you for contacting us" email. We were never able to use the yard. The house was also not very well cleaned with flies on windowsills and a full garbage bin.
