Wonderful
Traveller Type: Business Traveler
  : The hotel is situated just in the heart (really heart!!!) of old Genova. All the main sightseeings are in couple of minutes walkable distance. You can leave and come back to the hotel using a new pass every day! There was a labyrinth of ancient narrow streets so you can feel like the medieval citizen. The personnel is really helpful and friendly. They were always ready to help and and give a piece of advise about everything. For example, I got a tip from one of them about free beach inside Genova and the fastest way to get there (For those who are interested: it is the very beginning of Corso d'Italia, take bus No 20 from Piazza di Ferrari)))))). There were no breakfasts in the hotel but for me personally it was ok. The room was clean and it was cleaned daily. The frige was in the lobby.
  : Two things I didn't like. 1st - no air conditioner in the room (at least my didn't have, may be others do). When you stay in summer the temperatures run rather high and after staying outdoors you want some cool air in the room where you sleep. But there was a fan-stand. And 2nd thing derives from the 1st one - the windows should have stayed open all the time and much noise comes from the outside, especially it is unpleasant late at night and veeery early in the morning (sounds come from garbage truck). But it was only in the room which faced the front door. And one more thing, for me it was ok, but for somebody it may be essential: you can not get to the door of the hotel by car or by taxi - the steet is really narrow.

  : The room was very clean.
  : I paid the city tax twice (when i checked in and then another time in the morning when i checked out). The man who checked me out didn't know any english and it was very hard to talk to him.

  : Clean room, clean towels, available drinking watter nonstop
  : Noisy and dirty location, during the night was big noise, we heard everything from the street, also there wasnt a climatization, we couldnt even open the window during night due to a big noise.

  : Breakfast wasn't included and not worth extra charge
