  : Very nice room, clean and enough of space. the pool and facilities was open and working fine. the breakfast was very good with a lot of options. Very nice view to the lake from our room.

  : Located in a beautiful environment, stunning views on Four Landstetter See. Beautiful room, nice balcony, nice view on Four Landstetter See. Cleanliness. Continental breakfast. Hotel restaurant. Friendly and professional staff. We stayed one night, travelling from Belgium to Italy. Not far from motorway, so also ideal for one night stay.

  : The views from the hotel over the lake are beautiful and can be enjoyed from the restaurant terrace. The sunset is incredible. Our room was very comfortable and clean. There are cable cars near by to get up the mountains for walks.
  : The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. As were the bar staff. In the restaurant however, we felt like a bit of an inconvenience! Despite knowing we were English, we werent given English menus, even though we knew they were available , so had to ask for them. Wine menus arent available in English! Despite seeing carafes of wine on other tables and asking many questions, we were told they didnt sell them. Turns out they call that an open wine. The food was well cooked but the choices were rather eclectic and a bit outdated. It was also very expensive. Do yourselves a favour and eat opposite the hotel (Ambiente), where they are friendly, the food is good and not too expensive ( for Switzerland). Oh yes, and the church bells do ring throughout the night!

  : Restaurant staff forgot all about us and we waited to order and have something to drink for so Long. The hotel was outdated and looked very old, Rooms was small and not nice

  : Dog friendly hotel. Great to be able to eat in the hotel with our dog. First-rate breakfast.
  : The WiFi is inadequate. The restriction to 3 devices is not acceptable for a hotel of this class and price. Many people use both a phone and an iPad these days. The room was noisy in that people were outside until quite late. Also, the nearby church clock chimes all night long. The beds were far from comfortable and they were also squeaky.
