  : I liked that I only had 1 queen bed and had a chair with an ottoman and a walk in shower instead of a shower tub combo.
  : There was no continental breakfast and gave 20% discount coupons for Perkins to lady before me but not to me. They hung a sign on door that read, "If you have a reservation you'll need to go elsewhere we are double booked and have no rooms." Who does that

  : No elevator, had to lug our stuff, and a roll-a-way bed up the stairs.

  : Location was close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Seemed like a safe, decent area.
  : Rooms are not thoroughly cleaned. The 1st room I was given smelled like mildew, was damp on the carpet by the bathroom, had a layer of dust on appliances, hair in the fridge, trash under the bed, etc... I politely asked to be switched to a new room, and my 2nd room was still dirty. Toilets, tubs, sinks are stained. Counters had hair from previous guests. More trash was found behind the couch. Staff could also smile a little more or act like they care. Didn't get any empathy or apology either when I informed the employee about the unclean room.
