  : The property was fine and met expectations
  : The property management company was terrible. We called an hour before check in to find out if there was a place to leave our luggage on site. It was raining and we were being dropped off by a cab. The person we talked to was not familiar with the building, didn't know anything about the rental, just read what was in the app, and we were stuck hanging out on the porch an hour with our luggage for an hour.

  : really easy instructions to check in. walking distance to coffee shop and nice waking up to the sound of water
  : it would be nice to have a change machine since it was tough rounding out quarters for the laundry machines.
