  : The fridge didnt work in both rooms and in 1 the tv. We called about the fridge, but nothing was solved. The other room wasnt bothered about the tv.

  : The meals were subpar, with stale and often cold food, and a severe lack of vegan options. The descriptions of the dishes were misleading (in vege option - meat or ham). Desserts were overly sweet, fatty, and far from fresh. The quality of alcohol was horrible, and the bartender's approach to making drinks was disappointing (50/50 vodka and juice, without ice). Communication with the staff was challenging due to their lack of English proficiency. To make matters worse, our charger was stolen from our room. Despite repeated requests, the cleanliness of our room was not up to par. Sand on the floor, unchanged towels, and a blocked drain were consistent issues. The mini-TV, lack of TV channels and the outdated decor added to our discomfort. The hotel's facilities were in disrepair, with agitated chandeliers, a musty smell, and freezing pool water. The absence of lifeguards and pool towels was a significant drawback. The elevators frequently malfunctioned, and we often had to use the stairs due to long queues. Our check-in experience was frustrating, as we were turned away when attempting to check in early and later had to endure a lengthy queue. Overall, this hotel fell far short of our expectations and left us extremely disappointed and angry.
