  : Very nice hotel, with all you need in it. Built in old style, good breakfast, awesome pool and great experience overall
  : Its located near the city square, and sometimes its getting too nosy at nights till 2am

  : We loved it. Only two comments. We would have liked to have had someone to help us with our luggage to the room, and we would have liked to have had somebody ask us if we would like to have a drink by the pool rather than having to go and ask a member of staff for a drink.

  : The Hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, they have done a great restoration job and it's extremely well kept. The bed was very comfortable and the outdoor pool and sauna facilities are pristine!
  : What let this hotel down was it's service level, as it is a 5 star hotel and you are paying a high price to be there you expect a certain level of service which was lacking. There didn't seem to be any manager on duty, really only the receptionist and the waiters from the restaurant. When you arrived no one was there to greet you so you had to carry your bags up two flights of stairs to reception, as it was a hot journey it would have been nice to be offered some water but we weren't. When our room was ready we had to bring our bags to the room ourselves. The waiters stayed at the restaurant which wasn't very busy and didn't come to check if the guests in the pool area wanted any drinks and often they ran out of clean pool towels so you would have to walk back to reception to ask for more. When approaching the reception desk the receptionist was distracted by her phone and a bit dazed before she asked how she could help us. We also mentioned before we arrived that we booked this hotel to celebrate a special occasion but this wasn't acknowledged at all, which for a 5 star hotel is disappointing. Just a few of the examples we experienced.
