  : Location was breathtaking. Rooms were cosy and breakfast was yummy with lots of choice. Staff were polite and welcoming.
  : Very minor - we spent lots of time on the patio admiring the views, so it would have been good to have comfier chairs outside.

  : We enjoyed our stay. We went to the pool area, which was beautiful. The playground area was nice - and would be fun if you had a family/friend gathering. We went to the steakhouse and had dinner. The food was impeccable and the prices were reasonable. We had a drink from the bar - and it was tasty and reasonably priced. The servers and bartender were very professional, courteous and helpful. Dee from the front desk made coffee for me at 5:30 AM (which was about a half-hour earlier than normal) . She was very understanding and helpful as she served that coffee with a smile! Overall, the place is very nice and we were happy with our stay. It was everything we expected it would be.
  : If I need to propose something that could've been better, I'd say it would've been great if there was a printout list of channels for the television. We spent a lot of time trying to find a local channel to watch the weather, and a sports channel. They're all there, but we had to sit through commercials and wait to identify the networks. If there is a printed list somewhere, we couldn't find ours. I'm sure not much could be done -- but the air conditioning system was incredibly loud (and drowned out even the television sound). Having a copy of the restaurant menu in the room would have been helpful as well. [These are very minor things that didn't change our opinion about our experience!]

  : breakfast was ok no staff around .
  : Before we left this hotel we inform the situation and show some picture , there was a curtain rod in this hotel but no curtain from a late night sleep woke up early .the carpet is disgusting so very dirty. we keep hitting our feet on the bed footbord there was a board under the bed make no sense a plywood board .the bed so uncomfortable was very hard bed only small two pillow on each bed , last draw was the cockroach on the wall , this hotel room was a nightmare needs to be close not woth for the money..

  : We liked the rustic feel of the place and enjoyed being in that location (away from everything). The decor of the room was great. Because of the heat, we were not able to sit out on the back porch in the rocking chairs.
  : We stayed at the very back and crickets got into our room continuously. We killed SO many! It was very hot weather while we were there and we assumed that they were hot, too. Otherwise, all was great!

  : We enjoyed the activities that were available. and the lobby was very nice. Our guide, Abby, for our trail ride and other activities, was super sweet.
  : There was either dried smeared blood or dried feces on the bathroom door and on the floor immediately in front of the toilet. The hotel rooms could definitely use some updating. The metal framed beds were ridiculously noisy. You couldnt even turn over without waking someone in your room. While we enjoyed the activities offered, the price is steep and then they add 6.75% tax and a 20% gratuity to each activity which is a bit ridiculous. Would have liked additional activities that were offered to guests for free in the evening hours.
