  : A bit pricey for the tiny minimal room, minimal metal frame desk and simple chair. Their specs promised electric kett on demand but turned only 5 extras exist...1st come, 1st served. The did find one next morning though. However, was like pulling teeth to get a coffee cup to go with it. I make my own, but first night used a large glass in room.. next day at desk they didn't want to give me one although they were in full display in the breakfast tables. First offered another glass, finally gave me a double expresso cup even though full-sized cups plainly available. Also I asked for a replacement bottle of water (there were two on check-in) but was told they were only for a 1st night welcome. .all just petty annoyances, but ironic given that they spent significant money on yah giant towels they changed every day, and a giant bathrobe and slippers, etc. basically a facade for luxury amidst a penny-pinching mentality.

  : The beds were very comfortable and clean, the room was light and pleasant, however the bathrooms are due for a refurbush. The hotel is in an excellent position, close to the city centre with lots of good restaurants and panaderas close by. The receptionists were amazing, kind and helpful. It was always a pleasure to talk with Nina, she is delightful.
  : Only a slight question Mark on the bathrooms, but they were clean and well equipped

  : clean comfortable room. Central location. Friendly & helpful service. Good choice at breakfast with very efficient service. Extra bed/settee more comfortable than anticipated. Great all around, suited us fine!

  : The position , it was very near the centre. The beds were really comfortable, great to have a balcony.We could see the snow on the Sierra Nevada from the balcony. The staff were really lovely, especially Nina? I think that was her name.
  : The bathroom was a bit old fashioned, could do with modernising but still very clean, lots of hot water, and nice to have a bathrobe and slippers.
