  : The location was in the heart of the city; since we walked or took public transportation everywhere, this was essential. The room was larger than many for which we have paid comparable rates and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Beds were comfortable. As seems to be typical in our experience in Spain, we had 2 adjoining twin beds. One was directly in front of the air conditioner, and the other was not, requiring some adjustment for personal preferences.
  : We had problems with wi-fi, possibly due to our carrier. It worked better to turn it off. Hotel rooms, in general, could use luggage racks for 2 people to avoid having to work out of a suitcase on the floor. Noise from adjoining was not typically an issue, except for the last couple of days when we could hear music or the tv. It wasn't loud enough that we felt the need to complain, however. At reception, it appeared we would have some help improving our access to the Alhambra, but we simply were given a QR code to access standard ticket information, which didn't help much. We had hoped to add the Palacios Nazaries to our ticket, but this wasn't possible. We did get tickets for an additional day, which meant we could return and enter the museums which had been closed earlier.

  : There is no mini bar in the room and and was necessary to request a new parking space because most of them are very small.

  : Stairs were not mentioned, check in was across the street, lighting poor, sink drain slow, outlets inadequate, both interior and exterior noise throughout the night, and the price per night was unreasonable ( for what was there)
