  : We’ve been coming to this location for 30 years. Sure, it might be dated but it’s cozy, comfortable and a great value. The staff is very attentive and available. We will book this unit again.

  : This place is old and and smelly. The indoor hot tub is not enclosed and makes the condo reek of mildew or mold. We couldn't use the hot tub, it stunk when we opened the lid, then tried to turn it on and water shot up to the windows because the water was too low, but had no directions to add water, bummer. But, the hot tub did like to recirculate every few hours and even with the lid on caused so much noise it woke us up several times a night, bummer not to sleep well! The kitchen: The stove burners are broken, the plate set didn't match - about 20 different plates but no matching ones, the sink shot water out to the ceiling if you turned it a certain way, and overall the place didn't look like it was updated in the last 40 years. The view: I would have liked to escape to the balcony to enjoy the "mountainside views" but alas, this unit sits with a view only of a parking lot. Getting to the unit was also treacherous dragging suitcases down a flight up stairs, up a flight and back down was not fun in the dark in the rain... beware!

  : Several of the windows didn’t open and the ones that did the screens let mosquitoes in the house. The couch bed was terrible my kids could not sleep on it they had to just sleep on the couch.

  : Hidden fees, $250 of cleaning fee, and some other stupid fees which have not been shown in the booking website. That is a total cheating and very improper. I will complain you where ever I can.

  : The reservation/follow up service was pathetic. Randy with Vacasa was great but every one else was ill-informed, untimely, and generally useless . The condo itself was fine. The constants threats to tow my car were annoying and the lack of information about the pool/hot tub was inexcusable.

  : Several months ago we reserved a condo through Vacasa in Granby, Colorado for two nights. When we got there we discovered there were EIGHTEEN open metal stairs with no landing to get to dark hallway leading to condo. There were no other options, certainly nothing to accommodate an elderly person with weak legs. My husband, who is 75, couldn’t get up the stairs, and so we called the property manager to see about getting relocated. They told us a manager named Mike McIntyre would get back to us. Two and a half hours later we were still sitting in the parking lot waiting for a call. After more phone calls we were told he said we should call customer service, which we then did. There Ashley told us it was our fault because it was our personal choice to reserve the condo. After more aggressive and unsympathetic language, I mentioned that she was being rude, and she said that they were taught never to apologized for customers’ problems. After more phone calls we were told there were no other properties available in the area that night but that we could still go online and find a different city for the night. By this time we’re we’re on the way back home, so we asked if we could find another place later to trade with the one that didn’t work, or get a refund. They said once again that company policy said no refunds, but once again said someone would get back to us the next morning. It has been two days now, and no one has called. In all I think I spoke with at least five different people, only one, Shane, who seemed to care about our situation. All the rest spouted company policy and then passed the ball onto someone else who was equally unresponsive. This has been the most unpleasant experience we have ever had booking anyplace anywhere. I strongly urge anyone planning to book a property through Booking.com or Vacasa, DEFINITELY not Vacasa, not to do so. What an exhausting and horrible nightmare, and it’s still unresolved.

  : It was a bit dated and some of the windows were hard to open and close. For what we needed it for it was just right! Very nice and loved the space!

  : On the morning we were checking out, someone knocked early in the morning and just did the code and walked in to check the hot tub even though we didn't check out yet.
