  : The hotel is in a not great area,the signs are not clear for the hotel,it was actually labeled a Days Inn so it took a minute to realize it was the correct hotel. The breakfast was powdered doughnuts and bagels,of which 1 family ate most of them.

  : Although this motel was under remodeling, everything was well organized and clean.
  : There was plenty of coffee but no coffee cups available.

  : The room was clean and comfortable.
  : The front desk manager was terrible. I was double charged for my room and the manager refused to take one of the room charges off of my bill. When I complained he made up some story about how the bank charges double and it’s up to them to remove the second charge. We were staying 2 nights and the second day there was a refunded charge for “double charge correction”. This should have been done the 1st night when I showed him the 2 charges. Instead he was yelling at me saying I should get hold of my bank as they were to blame. This didn’t even make sense but he was sticking to it! There was another random charge added to my bill when the second room charge was finally removed. He claimed that was the price to cover the cost of taking the 2nd room charge off. Too many lies for him to even keep track of

  : Nothing at all. The whole facility was dirty. parking lot to entrance, elevators dirty, the room a/c was noisy, toilet seat broken, mold on shower ceiling, food crumbs in one bed. I will never use bookin.com again.
  : The deception that this was a motel , when this was transient housing. This was a trip with grand children, who were scared and wanted to leave. We did check out the afternoon of June 13th. I believe I should receive full refund.

  : The place is dirty and smelly. Everywhere! The bedding and towels were clean, and just that. the corridors smelled to curry and mold.
