  : The hotel's location is convenient, being not far from the train station, which allows for a quick 30-minute trip to downtown New York. Additionally, I appreciated that our room didn't have carpet but instead had laminate flooring, which is easy to clean. The personnel at the reception were also very friendly and accommodating, which was a bright spot in our stay.
  : We recently stayed at this hotel for seven nights and found the experience to be quite disappointing, particularly given the hefty price of our stay. The photos posted online do not accurately represent the current condition of the hotel. Upon arrival, it was clear that the property is in need of serious touch-ups and renovations.The most glaring issues were the doors in the room, which had major damages, the bathroom, and the carpet in the hallway that had an unpleasant smell. Also, no fridge and safe in the rooms! These details alone indicated a lack of maintenance and attention to guest comfort.The breakfast room was another area of concern. The cabinets and furniture were in terrible condition and clearly need replacement. Considering the cost of our stay, I expected a nice breakfast buffet in a well-maintained dining area, but this was far from the reality.Overall, the hotel fell short of expectations in several key areas. With significant improvements, it has the potential to offer a much better experience for its guests. However, as it stands, I would not recommend this hotel based on the current state of its facilities.

  : Service, location, like that rooms don't have rugs on floor.
  : The rugs and furniture with upholstery need to be updated or deep cleaned. No refrigerator and microwave available in all rooms.

  : Good location. Great Neck is a pretty little village in LI.
  : Very dated. The electronics in the room were not working. The lights were flashing/blinking/flickering. In the end we relied on the light from the TV and the hallway.
