  : Room was big and comfortable.Pool and tub were welcome after a drive and 2 days in the city, complementary towels.Great location in town near the dock, shops and restaurants. Plenty of parking.Friendly and helpful staff.Nice bar/cafe on site which serves the pool area.
  : Would have liked tea/coffee in the room for the price but a very minor point. We were sad to not stay longer.

  : Felt very European. Understated elegance. Nice touches like citrus infused water. Use of bikes for free. Young men at desk were helpful, friendly, and enjoyable to talk with. Pool area surroundings and landscaping much more appealing than the usual concrete slab. Great location. Easy to walk anywhere in the little downtown area, to the waterfront, the ferry and the train depot.
  : The bed and pillows were fine but not remarkable.

  : This hotel is in a great location as it is walkable from the Train Station and to the Shopping District of Greenport. The facility is a good size - not too large and not too small. Swimming Pool and Hot tub was enjoyable, clean and taken care of. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to Museums and Shelter Island Ferry. TV a d WiFi reception is great. Interesting retro design.
  : Some rooms could use a couple more outlets for charging phones (and what not) but visitors can still get by with the number of outlets available. It would be good to have a Standard bar of soap in each room. While they do provide soap via a bottle with a pump. My opinion is that a standard bar of soap would be better for taking a shower than the liquid soap dispensers that they already have.
