  : We liked the curb appeal and the location.
  : There was an ant infestation, The refrigerator was not clean, cheap coil mattresses, the fireplaces were dirty, one of the dining room chairs collapsed on our guest , There was a roach in one of the bathrooms , the first day there was no hot water, the house smelled bad , one the first day check in was at 3:00pm but we had not heard from the property manager until 4:15pm stating that we could enter the property. The pots and pans were rusty and burnt and weren't usable. The kitchen drawers were broken, no dish towels, the trash bins were full upon arrival, and the exterior lighting was not working and one bathroom faucets was not working properly at all.
