  : Quick check in/check out, decent closet space, lots of outlets, AC runs very quietly, very friendly staff
  : Weird orange gunk on the office chair, no bedside lamp, room (203) very permeable to noise from the lobby, room not suuuuper clean, pillows small and uncomfortable, frankly the place is a little decrepit and people are cleaning the best they can but it's a losing battle without proper maintenance.

  : The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. I appreciated the value of the stay and the location of the property was perfect for why I was in town.
  : The AC in the room was terrible. I had it set to 68 and I was burning up all night, and I am not usually hot. For reference I usually sleep with the room between 74-78 degrees with a blanket on in the summer, so I should have been freezing if the room really was 68. But more importantly the automatic door lock on our room was broken. When we were leaving in the morning the door would not lock no matter how long we stood there waiting for it to. It also took several minutes to lock (but eventually did) when we were leaving for dinner the night before. When we told the front desk lady about it, she did not care and did not offer us any solutions which was really rude. It didn't really bother us because at that point we were checking out, but it made me decide that I should not stay there again (whereas before this lock issue, I probably would have stayed there again despite the AC).

  : The shower door was not effective. It allowed a significant amount of water to run out in the bathroom. I had to use extra towels to soak it all up. The toilet needs updated as it easily backs up.
