  : No space, no facilities, tiny pool, everything has a fence around it, many things were forbidden, no warm welcome, no questions asked when we left 3 days early because we really hated the place

  : Pool was nice though can fill fast as it is quite small. This is the only reason I did not give this place a score of 1.
  : So many issues with this place. We only ended up staying here because of a last minute change. I would not go here again. You have to pay extra for bedding on top of quoted price and you have to put it on your self. It's just some sheets which do not fit the bed. The 'couch' bed is literally a wooden platform with a leather cushion. All the beds are very uncomfortable- we all had sore backs each morning. Worst beds in accommodation I have ever been on.There are a lot of rules for everything, not welcoming. They expect you to clean everything but don't give you much to clean with, no sponges, cloths. No hand soap, shower gel etc . They take a 300euro deposit and if the place is not clean they charge you. They say Clean windows, clear out shower. They give you 1 roll of toilet roll for 4 people, very cheap. They even were asking why we didn't leave a black bin bag when we were leaving (they only gave us one)...what a thing to complain about!!! You have to bring out all the rubbish even though no instruction where to put it. They checked everything before we left to see what they charge us!No towels given not even a dishcloth. TV is tiny and didn't work as digital connection went off. They give you 4hrs of WiFi in total for your stay then switch it off unless you pay for more.Music/karaoke blaring from bar until after midnight.We paid 145euro a night and they expect you to pay extra for bedding and do all the cleaning for them. Makes me think they don't do any cleaning.

  : It was oke for a stay. Beach is very beautiful and there is shop for some food.
  : But because I didnt have a car it was quite difficult to visit other places. For renting a bike I coulnt pay by mastercard. It was a problem to pay by credit card through the internet unfortunately. I think it takes one euro for a payment. I needed to use the credit card with a pin which I normally do not need to do. They gave me the trust and I didnt need to pay the security amount luckily. I hhad that same thing with the rental of a bike. So I had to walk for miles to get to the village or a banc. So that is good to know. Busses are the if you walk ip the road u till certain times. You cannot get back late if you do not have a car.

  : The pool area was very smart, and although it was small it wasn't busy. The beach was walking distance, there was a lovely patisserie next door and a couple of restaurants. The local town of Gruissan is only a short drive, it has a great market and lovely atmosphere.
  : Having to pay extra for sheets and cleaning - that wasn't made clear during booking. The cabin was quite small but OK for a few nights. The sofa bed in the lounge was vinyl and you were only given a thin cotton sheet to cover it with - a mattress cover should be provided. The check out was odd - you had to book an inspection and they even counted the cutlery lol.
