  : Restaurant was fantastic, great choice of food, well presented. Liked that lots of the soft drinks were sugar free Large glasses available for drinks Choice of 3 pools, no issues getting sunbeds Quality and variety of childrens work and the activities on offer for children and adults were first class
  : WiFi was sporadic and was better in some parts of the complex than others Our room was right next to the evening entertainment venue and we were disturbed by noise from the entertainment and by people returning from the venue late at night

  : The staff are all so lovely and friendly. Food is good and we managed to find something to eat everyday. The paellas made for lunch in the pool snack bar was delicious. The pool areas are the perfect size and the childrens pool perfect for children to play. The entertainment in the evening was good, we didnt take part in anything during the day but there always seemed to be something good going on. All inclusive drinks were really nice and a good selection.
  : The rooms could be cleaned better, the maid didnt really clean, just made beds. The bathroom never got wiped over the whole time we were there. The shower screen doesnt have a seal or meet the bath so the floor got flooded every time anyone showered. We had to ask for more toilet roll as we assumed the maid would put more in when she noticed it was all gone but didnt, dont think we should need to ask for toilet roll! Theres a kitchenette in the room but no crockery or cutlery so a bit pointless having the kitchenette at all. There was no aircon in the bedroom, just a fan which just blew hot air around and the aircon in the main living area wasnt the best so the room was constantly hot. We had to ask for bedding and towels for our little girl as none had been provided for the sofa bed and when arriving early hours of the morning it was a pain and we just made do with her sleeping with us for the first night. When using the courtesy room on our final day youre only allowed a half hour slot and when trying to shower and change a family of 3 this was a rush, not sure how people with bigger families deal with that. The courtesy room was dirty, piles of dirty towels, shower was dirty and no aircon remote left so the room was boiling and take into consideration people showering one after another which made it extra hot. I totally understand its a quick turn around per slot but surely even a towel bin outside for dirty towels would stop them being piled on the floor and maybe a shelf with clean towels? we didnt have any towels other than the ones we used round the pool and was advised that you have to ring down once in the room for some to be brought up but when you only have half an hour to get 3 people ready this just takes way too long. The aircon being left on would be a massive improvement.
