  : The location near the beach and Apolonia supermarket
  : This apartment depends on outside services! There is no washing machine, there is no oven! I booked for over a month and the host knew fully well that during the pandemic laundry services were not available!!!!! The host company is Homing stay away the prices are low for a reason! I had no choice but to book elsewhere but had I not the means this would have been a truly miserable experience in already crisis times ! The host Leandro was extremely rude on the phone to me and said why should he let me know the apartment depends on outside services during the pandemic I should read everything first on Booking.com! He is too busy with 600 bookings a day! Really ? During the pandemic? That's what you are dealing with so be warned! To make matters worse there was no air conditioning either! Nor a proper wash basin deep enough to handwashing! So you stuck with dirty laundry, clothing and hot! Thankfully I had the means to leave but what if you don't? So just look elsewhere! The place is also still undergoing renovation as there were floor boards under the bed! As for Booking.com I do think that they should stop having hosts using the platform if the apartments and villas concerned are not fully self reliant during Covid 19.

  : The apartment was not properly cleaned especially in the toilet. There was a lot of dirt around the shower tray. There were huge cockroaches in the beadroom. Cockroaches were walking on the walls above the bed and on the floor. They were about 6 cm big! They were also in the kitchen and one of them get info Opened bottle of wine. I reporter the cockroaches to the Landlord but they ignored me and we had to spend 3 days with cockroaches. Afterwards the Landlord told us that we can leave the apartment and they give us reimbursemnt for the test of days. We spend there 9 of 14 days in totall. The beds, sofa, linem and towels were smellimg badly. The wardrobe in one bedroom with cockroaches was smelling badly. There was No dish soap, not dishwasher not vacuum cleaner. The apartment was noisy due to location to parking and very busy road. Terrible apartment, I do not recomend it!
