  : beautifully decorated and amazing view. The balcony had incredible views and very comfortable furniture. There is every appliance imaginable!
  : There was no coffee or filters or directions on how to use the coffee pot. There werent any pot holders or enough dish towels.

  : Clean and well appointed condo. Wonderful view of a really great beach.
  : Could use blackout curtains in master room and more sound proofing. Lots of families, so designating one of the pools as an adult pool would have been nice.

  : This is a great place to stay. Right on the beach! Beautiful view from the balcony with plenty of space. Condo has a great kitchen equipped with everything you need. Will definitely be back!
  : The air conditioning in the second bedroom did not work very well. The pull chain on the ceiling fan light was broke so the only way to keep the fan going at night was to unscrew the bulbs. Also sofa bed appeared to be broken.

  : It was very nice condo. Very clean, and organized. it has a beautiful setting to the ocean. the big patio doors open right up to the ocean.
  : I wished that it would have been closer to more restaurants and businesses.

  : the couches are dirty junk. feels like your sitting in the floor. the pull out bed was a joke and no way it could be slept on. one bathroom had tons of mosquitoes in it. couldnt figure out why just the one but we killed them the entire stay. there were mattress toppers in the closet and we had to use for the queen room or the bed was horrible. thankful for that. the cooking pans were crap so bring your own. we love Gulf Shores but wont stay in this unit again.

  : the living room furniture was uncomfortable. we paid extra to use the resort pool one day only because we were told the outdoor and indoor were heated. the outdoor was not! I wish all the pools would have been heated.

  : There was no breakfast that came with the unit.
  : we got a call the day of our trip (while we were traveling) and told the refrigerator went out in the unit and asked if we wanted to change units. We called and expressed that we would change units. We had to call twice because no one got back to us. When we arrived we had no other choice but to stay because it was too late to try and go elsewhere. This trip was an anniversary trip and a relaxation trip as I had gone thru multiple mammograms and ultrasounds. We had planned to cook and stay in the unit and just relax and enjoy the beach and view. We ended up having to drive far out to eat twice a day. We ended up spending money to eat out and not be able to use the food to cook (wasted). This was by far not how we planned to spend this trip.

  : The Beach Club was very nice but DO NOT rent this property - or any other property - managed by Vacasa. Book directly through The Beach Club.
  : When we got there late Thursday, we found that the refrigerator was broken. Long story short (which is one FULL of frustration!), it never got fixed and Vacasas remedy was a small, 6-pack ice chest! But dont you worry, they also felt like the loss of this amenity was worth a whopping $171 refund after the fact. Last time I checked, a condo with a full kitchen included a refrigerator and most, if not all, people - esp. teachers on a tight budget like me - plan their trip around the fact that they can stay and EAT/COOK for their families at the condo. We spent a small fortune ($6/bag) on ice to keep our food from ruining! Also, Vacasas customer service locally is TERRIBLE! I had to drive to the office in Gulf Shores just to get SOME kind of answer! Upside to that was we at least got sheets for the pull out bed that they initially said (after we had checked in) that we couldnt have because it wasnt in the description. I repeat: I DO NOT RECOMMEND A STAY AT A VACASA PROPERTY!
