  : Decor was adorable, balcony was big and deep, very comfortable and quiet.
  : That crazy 4 step on the balcony sliding door, dangerous. No easy beach access.

  : It was close to the beach.
  : The condo was not adequately clean. We killed a couple of bugs in the kitchen.

  : It was hard to like.
  : We arrived at our room and the lock was acting funny but the food opened, so we put our things inside and left to meet family for dinner. When we returned the code wouldnt work. The company gave us the wrong code but the door had been unlocked. After several attempts and calls to the company we finally got it. The code we were given had been wrong. The next day I awoke to the sounds of drills and construction going on to the building. When I returned from work all the doors had been taped and covered. The next day, while I was gone workers setup scaffolding in front of our door for several hours so my family couldnt get out. The next afternoon the AC started messing up and the lowest we could get the room at night was 80 degrees (It was 84) outside. Every attempt to work with the owner resulted in a we will contact the local rep and get back with you. Over a week after the initial contact no one was gotten back with me.

  : while no reception office/desk was available, I bumped into Connie who described herself as the security person. She was very helpful in getting me into the room.
  : Actually, I received about 9 emails prior to arrival and I found the overall flood of contacts a little confusing. A few conside contacts would have been easier for me.

  : Good location.water close by.
  : Floors needed mopping. And there were multiple broken decorations. Not a big issue for me, just something i noticed.
