  : Beautiful property, well maintained and clean. Very comfortable. Was perfect for our family vacation!
  : Says it’s ocean front and it isn’t. Thanks goodness it doesn’t take too long to get to the beach and the area is more private. I just don’t like it when advertisements are misleading. Photos make the porch look as though you can look right out to the ocean and you cannot see the ocean anywhere around the property. Ocean front means it’s on the beach and The Rookery homes are NOT. Even so, the property was great and we still enjoyed ourselves!

  : Directions given. Was not given the actual house number, had to guess that building 14 had the unit we were to occupy. Then had to use the door code on both units to determine which we were to stay in. Tried to call & kept on hold or call was list.

  : the tub drain was draining very slow so when I showered, I was standing in my dirty water. also a lot of the knives had rust on them.

  : I didn't like the location. I "thought" the home would be a few blocks only from the beach and walkable. You had to drive to a public access. I "thought" the home came with a private pool so that wasn't clearly stated in the add.
  : It was a very nice home with nice furniture and comfortable beds, clean and furnished well. Nothing scary or dirty.

  : The decor throughout the home was lovely - very inviting and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we could have wanted in the way of dishes and cookware. Easy walking distance to the pool. Very clean and quiet.
  : The sliding door between the bedroom and main bathroom could not be opened. A small round mirror next to the sink in the main bathroom was becoming detached from the wall. Signage on the main road was difficult to see.

  : The Rookery community was very friendly and quiet. Even though the cottage is a two family structure it was very quiet! We had everything we needed in our cottage. The fridge was nice and big and it was nice to have an ice maker. The kitchen table is bar height and huge! We had fun playing cards. We were able to wash and dry our beach towels each night so they were fresh for the next day. The living room was quite comfortable and we enjoyed our movie nights. The pools were very nice - we had the smaller pool to ourselves for an hour or more! There were people who actually walked to the beach from the Rookery. We initially were not able to get through the gate to access the pool so I called the 800 number provided by Vacasa and they told us there were keys on a hook in the house- and we found them right away!!
