  : Big resort for family groups, with a lot of swimming pools, train and boat to use between facilities
  : ... but too many people in swimming pools/artificial beach... dolphins in swimming pools is not reasonable nowadays!

  : The view from an oceanfront room was the best part of this resort by far. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lagoon was cool, but obviously packed with it being 3 different Hilton hotels sharing the same lagoon. If you choose to go to a luau, then there's one on the resort property, which was nice as well. Outside of the view, the room was okay.
  : There is a lot that I didn't enjoy about the stay. To start, we paid for an oceanfront room, but when we got to our room, we couldn't even see the ocean because there was a golf course between the room and the ocean. Thankfully the great front desk workers moved us after the first day. Secondly, there was little to no heads up about parking not being included in the price and it costs $48/day. So whatever the amount is that you see, add $50/day that you're staying on top of that. When I got the email explaining the charges, it was well over the amount I had originally expected to spend because of parking and the room tax, which isn't included on the price they advertise rooms at. The next thing was the tram that transports people from the main hotel over to Ocean Tower. We only ended up taking it 3 times over the 5 days we stayed because it takes longer to get over to Ocean Tower than it does to walk all the way across the property to the parking lot even though there's only 4 stops including Ocean Tower. (20-30 minutes). Then I didn't really understand the resort fee compared to resorts I've stayed at in the past. In the past, we have gotten an amount per day we can charge to the room at restaurants located on the resort property or we have gotten drink tickets. There are no added benefits of the resort fee here. I haven't stayed at a lot of resorts, so I didn't factor that into my rating, but I figured I would share. Finally, the few times we did chose to eat on the resort property, it was very slow service, which I expected after reading reviews on yelp about the eating options on the resort, but I am just confirming that it's true, the service is very slow.

  : Dolphin quest but nothing else and the dolphin quest was still overpriced.
  : Everything and it was all over priced $8 dollars for a toothbrush the tram sucked I can walk faster than the tram. It was $50 to park for one night. everything was absolutely terrible except for the dolphin quest deal the rooms were roomy, but everything sucked.

  : I like the location. Great for Shoreline walks or path/sodewalks. Great range of activities at the resort and in the area.
