  : The terrace was amazing! You could spend the entire vacation there and do nothing else, and not regret it. The beds, bedding and towels were new and high quality. The apartment was quiet in spite of there being neighbours with children. It felt like being on a cruise ship in the middle of the ocean. I know Lanzarote and love the location because you can easily reach Famara, Haria, Teguise, Costa Teguise, Jameos del Agua, the Cactus Garden etc. with a rental car and without a car you can go down to Arrieta or up to Punta Mujeres. There are plenty of restaurants and surf-bars in walking distance and the local grocery is perfectly well stocked and the personell is very friendly and helpful. Package tourists are no where to be seen.
  : The electric in the kitchen could use some updating. The oven didn't work. If you are staying longer like we did, arrange to get new linens and towels after a week

  : Terrace is amazing, lovely view and great sunbed and outdoor table area. Comfy beds too! Easy free parking. Kitchen basic but has everything you need.
  : Inside living area and bathroom are a little tired, and don't quite live up to the quality of the terrace.

  : The location right on the sea front was excellent but not a great choice of restaurants in nearby Arrieta.
  : The fact there was no plug for the sink. That the double bed was two separate mattress's that worked their way apart and the bed head rattled against the wall. The wind noise due to the light shaft in the bathroom having a lid which did not fit tight. There were no instructions for using the induction hob but trial and error worked in the end !
