  : Nothing. Except the availability when I had nowhere to go when my original accommodation was cancelled.
  : Its not in a safe location, so many homeless people around. In the place itself, people staying there come out of their room, walk around staring at you when you try to go to your room, saying something. The door was not locked, I had to put a table in front of it because I was scared. 2 dead bugs in the room.

  : This was our second time getting a room there...the first room was in the front door didn't close, went to lay down we're feeling stuff bighting us and had bedbugs...then we have the the benefit of thought and we told the lady in the front what happened so we thought they fixed it so we got another room this time we said give it too us in the back so we went in it was bigger a little more cleaner.i have a habit of taking blankets of bed and checking it before I lay down I didn't see anything I hade the AC on so the room was cold ..I took a shower and my husband did too then we turn the AC off it got hot so my husband telling me bbs check me something bit me sure enough he got bit by a bedbug it was big I paid 90 and they didn't do anything about it so guys don't go there if you don't want to bring those things home they multiply and hard to get ride off.

  : Door didn't lock, staff didn't care. Crackheads kept trying to threaten through the door while attempting to pick the unlocked door, staff didn't care. Couldn't use facilities, or anything else because the door had to be constantly watched.

  : The room had a smell. The beds had stains and holes in the blanket. The door to the vending machines did not open.

  : Nothing, it was absolutely horrible. Worst hospitality experience of my life.
  : Everything. When I checked in, I had booked through booking.com a 2 bed room, non-smoking room, which they did not grant. The person who checked us in, told us that it wasn't available because booking.com messed it up, although I believe it was him. He was a complete jerk. When I asked to talk to a manager, he would not let me. I had to film the occasion it was so egregious, which he took exception to. So my son and I stayed in an absolutely filthy room that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in maybe 15 years. IT WAS A SMOKING ROOM, so my son had to inhale unacceptable air quality, and we had to share a queen bed. I wouldn't wish a stay there on anybody. I regret booking that location.
