  : The hotel was run down . The first room they put us in had bugs in it. I tried to use the room phone to call the front desk but it did not work. I called the desk on my cell phone it took 3 separate calls for them to pick up the phone as I was walking g to the desk on my phone. They moved us to another room. The air conditioning system nearly froze us out. It was constant 63 degrees. The only thing I could regulate was the fan speed. The degrees never changed no matter what we did. The shower the water faucet would not stay where you put it. So you either froze or burned the fresh off your body. So for 3 nights the money we spent was too much. My brother had a king size room for half the price we paid. In the same hotel. Such a disappointment in our stay. No coffee shop no restaurant. Nothing In the hotel. Sadly we came in for a funeral to bury our mother. We should have buried the Radisson.

  : Staff was too busy talking to each other. They appeared to pay attention to what I had said no one did anything about the issues I was having.The issues I experienced were never even attempted to be resolved, This is a beautiful hotel that could have a lot of potential. I would go elsewhere save your money.

  : One of the worst, dirtiest, most disorganized hotels I have ever seen. They owe me a refund; I had to leave I couldn’t even stay one night.

  : The only problem I have is the it's been 2 weeks and I still didn't get my deposit back. Also the staff are very loud in the howays in the morning. Very hard to sleep.

  : Outside looks terrible compared to website. Parking lots are dark. Bathroom shower would continue to run after turning off, the tub filled up while taking a shower and it took quite a while before someone else’s turn. When you flushed the toilet, it looked like it was going to over flow before it actually got rid of the contents. The defogger in the bathroom did not work. (3 rooms for the amount to pay and have the bed that was the only comfort doesn’t say much)
