  : The Jacuzzi was broken. The room smell like bug spray. Our soundproof room was not soundproof. The laundry services were broken. There were strange characters hanging out in the parking lot. The room simply wasn’t advertised for what it really was. I feel like the hotel was misrepresenting itself and able to generate more guest stays. Had a seen the place before going there. I would’ve just paid more money to be somewhere else.

  : The pet fee wasn't outrageous. The room was a good size. The price was okay. The room was clean but smelt. They had breakfast, and the beds were comfy. The hotel was close to highway entrance.
  : When checking in and first entering the room, the room was musty and humid, and the bathroom was like a sauna (windows were DIRTY), and they did have breakfast included. That was the main reason we booked. The breakfast provided was okay. Scrambled eggs, waffles, sausage, and tater tots. Tots were soggy and not cooked fully; tasted like freezer burn. The waffles were soggy, and eggs were okay when fresh with cheese but tasted like cheap kraft cheese squares. My kids loved it, i wasn't a huge fan, but it worked. Pillows were flat and old Customer service was hit and miss. The girls I spoke to were nice and pleasant. Very helpful. The gentleman I checked out with charged me twice for my room and was noticeably annoyed when asking for a receipt. They accepted pets, and it wasn't an insane fee. When booking it did say that it was 2.1 miles away from the aquarium, turned out it was a 30-40 minute drive, which worked out fine but probably would have paid more at a closer location to save the gas. The pet area was ugly. There was a car that was broken into in the parking lot, so park under light or close to the hotel if you can. Area is okay, a little sketchy. There were a few homeless roaming. quick jump into the highway. My two biggest issues are that We booked a disability accessible room with a shower chair for my husband. We didn't get a chair until the second night. They had trouble charging me the first night. Then ended up overcharging me double. The items have hardposted on my card, but they tried to tell me it's a memo, it is not. Haven't received a credit yet.

  : Keeping up with the demand, went down 3 breakfasts, different times- from 7:15 to 815, and each time was either very little or completely gone...

  : The breakfast is always good, I like the coffee and tea options that are available and also the comfortable dining area that is never overcrowded. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. I appreciate the location of the hotel, always convenient when I travel to the area, the main reason why I choose the specific hotel location.
  : The cleanliness of the hallways, the hallways and the elevator could be more tidy. There is trash left outside the rooms, and the floors and doors have a thick dirt coating. The elevator in the building is slow and could be clean.

  : The staff was excellent. Very polite and helpful. It's refreshing to know there are still kind human beings when staying somewhere that's not one's home.

  : Very nice variety to choose from. The hot food could have been a little warmer but still good. Also, the presentation was clean.
  : I did not like that I asked for a few simple common things and none were delivered. One staff member seemed a bit disturbed when I made a request. I asked for an extra an extra towel and they had a hard time finding one which was shocking. Also, I asked twice for an extra sheet or blanket and they were never brought up to the room. The carpets were very dirty and dingy.
