  : This was a terrible experience. I waited outside for over 15 minutes ringing the night bell...all by myself! The staff finally came & checked me in. I went to the room...horrified how dirty it was including hair on the towels & mold everywhere in the bath. The T.V. wouldn't work & the noise was unbearable. After waiting about 30 minutes they brought me a new remote for the T.V. & 'clean' towels that also had black dirty spots. It was terrible!!! I couldn't sleep...left early & couldn't even drop my key to check out.

  : They lie about having breakfast. There were no set up at all. The front desk tried to tell me that they will have coffee and simple continental in the morning, and there was no one in the facility.
  : I felt unsafe tbh. The rooms had a bad lingering bad odor. I couldn't sleep .
