  : The room was clean.
  : Oh nightmare experience for us. They use a key code system that is faulty. or at least was faulty in our case. the key code didn't work and their customer service was extremely bad in supporting and solving the issue. there's no body on site to help you. so you have to call and wait on the line and spend a ton of money on your phone bill. in our case we had a musician guest who came for a concert late night and needed to rest. They had to wait almost 3 hours to get the door open plus it took time and comfort of our staff to get there and talk to them and comfort their anger because the inconvenience. Despite the support knew what's the problem, they kept changing to new codes when actually the door was faulty and not working with any code. after hours of waiting, calling and asking why they don't send someone to open the door, they called the security guard right there in the neighborhood to come and open the door with their master key. This was the most disturbing fact that they did not want to spend money to call the security guard and kept us during midnight in the corridor. So honetly we had extremely poor and annoying experience with Hissi. if you don't need their support probably you will be fine but if you need their help our experience proved it's not relible. besides, our guest couldn't go out for half day because if they would go out the door wouldn't open with a code again.

  : The location was great, close to shops and the train station. Check in and check out was very easy and all information was provided in a timely manner. The apartment was well equipped.
  : The windows didnt have handles to open them and we couldnt let in fresh air into the apartment which made it feel a bit stuffy.
