  : My current stay is an absolute fail, the manager felt it would be ok to come at me over being on my phone face timing, when walking thru the lobby was very embarrassing and completely unnecessary. I will never stay here again and I am in this area every week.

  : We are local and were required to pay a $200 cash deposit on top of the CC that had to be on file for incidentals. I signed this paper that was not on company letterhead or any type of formal paper, I did not receive a copy of this and when I went to check out I was told we would not get this back due to the child running in the hall. The mgr then proceeded to put her finger in my face multiple times, would not provide me with my signed documents and would not show me the video footage of the alleged accusations. She told us to get out or she would call the police and then proceeded to follow us out all the while talking rudely to me and the children and claimed I dont have enough seats in my vehicle-mind you I have an 8 passenger vanI have called corporate and am waiting for a call back before i visit the property with the police. I will be contacting the BBB and the news as well to investigate this. There are multiple reviews on google with the same issues.
  : They need a different manager that is not Kim, she is rude and has no business being in hospitality!

  : The Manager is extremely rude. Beware-this hotel demands a $200 CASH ONLY deposit, if they consider you to be local, regardless of where you actually live. They will not take a card hold-cash only- and if you opt not to pay you can not receive a refund.
