  : Felt new and clean. Private spot for swimming. 15 minute walk into main town but other restaurants/shops close by. Comfy beds, smart TV. Spent 3 days in Himare and didnt see any better accom than this.
  : This place would be perfect in June/July/Aug but because we stayed late April, there was a lot of construction upstairs and the room was missing some things. Our fault for staying before the season had begun!

  : Cant beat the location- stunning! The hotel is being renovated and the outside terrace is perfect.
  : We stayed on the ground floor which is yet to be renovated; the bathroom was unpleasant as the floor was continually wet with no mop to dry it. Going to the loo in the night or at any time was very unpleasant. We only stayed 2 nights and was very glad to leave because of the bathroom. It was such a shame because while the room obviously needed renovating it was OK and if the bathroom had been of the same standard Id be giving this place a 10 as location is perfect.

  : The hotel just opened when we stayed, so they still have some kinks to work out but the staff was super friendly & the location is perfect. They have a beautiful new sun deck that looks over the sea with very nice lounges & umbrellas.
  : The bathrooms still need to be remodeled and definitely dont match the quality of the rest of the facilities at the hotel. Im sure they will be remodeling the bathrooms in the near future but when we stayed in late August 2023, the bathroom in our room was very dated.

  : Brand new building with very cool terrace with access to the beach. They were very nice with us and gave us a better room upstairs.
  : Some work is still undergoing, and bathrooms on the ground floor still need to be renewed.

  : The sun deck was good and it was lovely looking out over the bay
  : The bathrooms were really poor. The door didnt shut, there was no shower curtain, there was mould on the tiles and they smelt bad

  : The view and the location are the best of the best. It is such a unique thing to swim just after waking up. The staff and the owner are very kind and sweet people.
  : The bathroom in our ground floor room was very old and it was very difficult to have a shower without getting the whole floor wet. I woke up every morning with the noise of the staff talking to each other (outside in the corridor there is lots of echo). There was no cleaning room service during our stay for us. The terrace is beautiful but I would have liked more privacy and exclusivity of the external space (sometimes people would sit in front of our room). I truly hope some of these things will improve and I hope this will help make this hotel even better!

  : The location was great and the terrace was amazing. Youll save money bc you dont have to pay for chairs at the beach youll have your own. Parking was very easy too and free. Staff was very kind and easy going but you can see is a family business. It was super clean and cozy.
  : The bathroom was very old and didnt even had curtain so every time we showered there was water everywhere. It would have been nice to have the option of getting breakfast. There is only a bar at the terrace to buy drinks. A bit expensive 2 euros a macchiato.

  : we arrived at the property and there was no one waiting for us. an old woman who didnt speak english came to us and called the manager on the phone. she showed us the room and left. lights on the room were not working, there were dirty towels on the bathroom and it wasnt clean. the manager finally came, never apologized, he unsuccessfully tried to fix the light and finally said someone would come on the morning. we asked for another room but it was full, so we didnt have any other choice than to leave. he was kind to cancel the booking without any commission. but I wouldnt recommend staying here. its also pretty far away from the beach where all restaurants and bars are.
