  : Breakfast was rich, diverse and very well stocked. If you went early in the morning the bread was warm.The welness area was also quite big - there are about 5 different types of sauna, 1 indoor pool, 1 exterior pool and a natural pond where you can also bathe if you are into bathing in super cold mountain stream water.
  : The water in the indoor pool was a bit cold and the places was usually packed with children screaming and jumping into the water - not a place to actually relax.Apart from this, nothing to complain about.

  : Great location in the heart of the city, close to the gondola, many great hiking opportunities.The outdoor, indoor pool and the wellness area is cool. I expecially liked the extended opening hour (until 22:00).The breakfast is outstanding.They offered handmade soap each day.Check-in is super easy, joker card already filled out by the time we arrived.
  : The furniture in the room is very basic and showing sign of usage already. Same is true for everything, the carpets on the floor, the doors, etc. A complete refurbishment would be nice because it would be an outstanding hotel otherwise. With these old fashioned and used furnitures, the rooms have a youth hostel feeling.

  : Breakfast was very good, lots of choice from very healthy to a full fried breakfast. Lots of juice options including self pressed vegetables and fruit. The spa was pretty amazing, if you want a break with a spa for a non-skier this hotel would be a good option. The staff were extremely helpful and let us stay in our rooms for a very late check out without charge - a very nice touch. The beds are super comfy, just what was needed after a long day.
  : As we booked through booking.com I think we probably had the most basic room. It was nice but certainly not 4* hotel nice. There were no tea\coffee facilities in the room, the toiletries were very basic, generic hand\body wash, there was no hand wash at the sink but the option of having your own handmade bar of soap from reception. There was a minibar in the room but it was not stocked either - we had 2 rooms both the same. The other slight niggle is that the downstairs cafe oriental does not have any snacks available to buy before 6pm, there do serve light food after 6pm but we couldn't even buy a bags of crisps! I thought this very peculiar especially for very hungry skiers who fancy a cup of coffee or beer and nibbles after a long day on the slopes. We have been to other 4* hotels in Hinterglemm where these sort of things are standard.

  : The hotel in well situated for access to the main lifts.
  : I stay in 4 and 5 star hotels on a regular basis. This Hotel doesn't come close to providing the kind of service one should expect. We arrived at about 19.30 to find that we had to self check-in. So we had to look for a member of staff to discuss the usual questions one has on arrival. There was nobody to take bags up to our rooms. The variety of food for breakfast was good. The problem was that anything that should have been hot was in fact cold. This includes the kettle which at best resulted in drinking barely warm tea. We were at breakfast at 8.30 so it wasn't as if the service was about to end. The bar becomes an honesty bar because it is not staffed after 11pm. On the one occasion we visited the bar after 11pm the bar was being run by a group of very drunk guests. One of them was falling over and crashing about the place. Not surprisingly this resulted in our bar bills being incorrect. For example billed for wine which we didn't have. Luckily not by much. There was a dental flossing stick dropped and left on the stairs between the 1st and ground floor. It was there for more than 1 day. Where were the cleaning staff? The check out was shambolic. No itemised bill. I asked one to be emailed to me so that we could get on with our day. Still chasing that one. Charged for drinks we didn't have. Paid Hotel and resort tax for 4 guests even though we checked in as 2 guests. Asked to pay Eur80 for parking which we didn't use and when we pointed this out being told it wasn't possible to reverse the card machine. We refused to pay this so the receptionist did input the correct amount. But we had to insist!

  : Great breakfast offering. Also thoroughly enjoyed the saunas and the outdoor pool. Rooms are equipped with very good shower and bath facilities, and are generally very comfortable. But what was best about this place was the friendly and relaxed vibe. The staff were very nice, everyone from the lovely women at the front desk to the cleaning staff, and the locals who drink at the bar were lots of fun to drink with, particularly one guy who very kindly gifted me a bottle of a very tasty chocolate chili schnapps he makes himself.
  : The only disappointment, which was totally understandable given it was winter, is my kids couldn't drop in on the half pipe. There was still too much snow. Can't have everything!
