  : I have stayed here several times in the past but I probable won't stay here again. Hotel needs a really good cleaning and updating. Staff was exceptional everyone was more than helpful ,pleasant and professional.

  : I enjoy staying here as this is my third time now but the last time we stayed the pool was closed the entire time and this time the hot tub smelled like pee so bad and was so musty. The staff is very friendly however some of the rates are pretty high and do not offer breakfast. Other than these few complaints we do like it.

  : Visible dirt/filth, especially in bathroom. Mold. Staffs quick to respond and replaced moldy caulk, however area was not cleaned and disinfected before apply new caulk. Grout and tiles with visible buildup. Dust buildup on top of sofa sleeper and linens left on bed in sofa sleeper from previous guest. The physical state of the room made me very uneasy about what I couldn’t see. Climate horrible.
  : Climate of the room-balcony room overlooking pool. My mistake for not reading the balcony was indoors. (When I booked I thought it would be nice to have a balcony to get fresh outside air without leaving the room; I overlooked the “inside” detail) Seeing it was inside, overlooking pool, would have been fine except I didn’t understand why anyone would want to overlook a hotel pool, plus there were NO chairs or table. The humidity in the room couldn’t be controlled (hence the mold in the bathroom). After returning the first night, we found condensation has settled on some of our belongings. It was late when we discovered the sheets on the sleeper and so be opted to just use our air mattress that had inadvertently been brought in when we unloaded and ultimately my husband opted to sleep in our minivan for the night instead. The next morning we were moved to a room away from the pool. Second room showed a visible need for “elbow grease” too.

  : The entire building needs to be torn down and start over. The outside was a disaster as was the inside.

  : Disgusting. Looks old from the minute you walk in. Very outdated and musty. The room looks like it hasn’t been updated since 1999. I felt so uncomfortable getting into the bed I had to check it for bed bugs first. The bathroom smelled like a sweaty men’s locker room. I didn’t even want to go without my shoes; I couldn’t muster up the courage to go barefoot for a shower. We ended up not even staying the night after the wedding we went to. We just drove the 3 hours home at 11pm because I couldn’t stand how gross the hotel felt. The Indian man at the counter was 100% unhelpful or apologetic as we told him the reason we were leaving. He made no effort to reconcile.

  : We were told that the hotel is in the midst of updating. It looks worn out and old. The public areas are large empty rooms with minimal furnishings. Gives an aura of neglect.

  : As we were leaving for day, ask the maid that was 2 doors down from us, that we needed more toilet paper and coffee, we came back that evening and the only thing we got was bed made
