  : Nice suite very nice.
  : Everyone was fantastic except 1 person whose name I won't say. But Brenda was absolutely terrible. She treated us like we shouldn't be allowed even after spending thousands of dollars. We didn't have a problem with anyone else except her. She would knock on your door even with a do not disturb sign on it and wake you up. One day after parking where her own staff member told me to park said I was taking up 2 spaces and actually threatened me to have my car towed. Can you imagine a staff member towing your car knowingly after spending alot of money to stay there. Then when we were going to extend and stay longer she told us she didn't want us there anymore because my partner was rude which quite the opposite not rude but polite. She just has a chip even the other staff people can't believe her attitude. I wanted to speak to the owner and tell him she was costing him alot of money. I had 3 couples going to stay there and had them cancel because of her. I would never stay there again absolutely atrocious,mean spirited and hateful. Early in the morning she can ruin your whole day.

  : The hotel was nice except for 1 person named Brenda who worked the desk in the day time. This woman is horrible. She lies and bothers you every day for things that aren't even issues. She has a complex and I would never go there again because of her.
  : Brenda is horrible and disgusting. She likes bothering the guests and making up issues. She needs to be fired and is costing management money. Everyone else is ok

  : This was the second time I stayed at this hotel. I feel like Hollywood is a good location for tourists, as it is close to most of the popular attractions in Los Angeles. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean.
  : The carpet needs a deep cleaning, as it was a little smelly. In general, I think this is a great place for the price you pay.

  : Great location. Hotel was clean and I slept like a baby. My wife said the needs were to hard, but I Loved it.
  : You have to ask for ice. The vending machines were limited and there is no breakfast

  : The room was located in the front of a major road. I didn't sleep well as it was way too loud. There was also marijuana smell in the rooms. The sofas in the room were used and old.

  : Rooms smell. Theres homeless walking in and out of the hotel. They charge you 30 dollars for parking when it should be complimentary since there's no street parking And you are STAYING AT THE HOTEL. I will call this place a Motel. Not a hotel. The price is way to high for what it is. Not worth the money.
