: The room was not cleaned. We had to ask for clean sheets and towels in the middle of our stay. This should have been standard

: (1) Key not easy to take or return. Combination did not work many times. When returning front office will not accept out keys, need to put in mailbox. Almost missed the airport ride trying to do the combination that did not work most of the time! (2) Property manager phone did not answer our calls (3) No toilet paper (we needed to buy) (4) shower was too hot and cannot cool easily in room 217. Tried to call the property many times, front office says they cannot help. Number given to us just goes to answering machine (5) TV did not turn on (no battery in remote) (6) Kitchen area was not clean, we needed to clean that which was frustrating (7) hair dryer, hand wash etc are all hidden, we found it only last day (8) During booking struggled to put 4 people in the room even though verbally they said it is okay. After several attempts I got the written permission for the 4 people. The service can improve a lot
