  : Great location, beautiful spacious room with very comfortable bedding and plenty of seating, large lanai, Plush towels and refillable, water bottles, and water were provided.The in-house restaurant was a real treat..
  : Did not have ice easily available, and there were no lounges by the pool only very uncomfortable chairs. They had cabanas, but you had to pay over $100 a day to use them!

  : Very small for non-balcony unit, thus feel cramped. Didn’t have a shower curtain, just a glass boundary that cover 1/3 of opening to walk in shower, thus floor outside of shower was really wet resulting in the bath mat to be fully soaked. Inquiry about discount valet parking for Kamaiana for $25 because I told two front desk agents about it on their website. The first agent didn’t know anything about the $25 fee for the valet parking and the agent that I checked out with said they don’t honor the Kamaiana parking fee due to the booking of my reservation (non resort type booking reservation). Was about to later inquire about getting the resort fee waived because the resort website said that resort fee waived for residents of Hawaii but didn’t want to get further into the discussion because the valet parking fee situation for the local resident fee was not honored. No point in discussing that. VERY DISAPPOINTED! They claimed that they give good service to local residents but they don’t and they are a typical Hawaii hotel that wants just your money.

  : The location is great, the stuff is very friendly and helpful. Always helped me with everything. The pool downstairs is fantastic. Izakaya’s manager is a sweetheart. They made my birthday dinner very special.
  : Considering the fact that the property is located very close to the beach, some rooms (including mine) have no balcony… which is okay as you can see it during the booking process while choosing the suite. However it was very hard for me to dry my towels as there was no place for it at all. The shower looks beautiful but uncomfortable enough, the water pours right on the floor each time you take it. I had an issue with cleaning and was asking myself for the maid to come each time during the week of my stay which is strange. It’s their full responsibility to change the towels that are on the floor every day, get the trash out and do the bed. Unfortunately I was coming back to no changes often enough and had to report it to reception all the time.

  : Central location in Waikiki, nicely updated and new inside, comfortable bed and nice comforter, free yoga classes in the morning, nice lounging area by the pool, no kids!!
  : Small room, no shower door so floor gets all wet, AC pointing right at your head in bed.
