  : The view from the room was spectacular. It could have had a better set-up on the balcony. We had to bring out another chair so the 3 of us could sit together. The location was good but the 7 day cancellation was far different from every other hotel that had a 24 hour before you arrive. I cancelled originally on the 8th day as I wanted to stay at the Hilton which was only $200 more and better amenities.
  : First off, I don't think we even stayed at the Outrigger Shore. We were in the Castle by Outrigger. I was not aware that everything was under construction. I also picked it because I thought it had places to eat as my mom had a hard time getting around. I also thought it had a pool and fitness room. My Granddaughter wanted to swim in the pool but there wasn't one. The beach in front is lovely but the rocky bottom made it really hard for us to swim in so we ended up driving or walking to other beaches that were more sandy. If you had an issue with anything there wasn't anyone that you could directly talk to which was stupid or a direct line number to someone. You should be told about the pin lock on the door so you don't lock yourself out because it can take a while for someone to come and fix it as there is really no one and no way to communicate.

  : View was excellent. Close to the ocean. About one block walk to sandy beach.
  : Could here the elevator constantly from our room. One of two elevators were out of service three days of our stay. Therefore more traffic on the elevator next to our room. Had to stop at a different hotel to pick our room key for this hotel as Beach Shore by Outrigger does not have on site registration desk.
