  : It had a kitchen.
  : The whole place was dirty. No pillows for sofa bed AT ALL. Made us carry a huge stack of sheets and blankets ourselves to our room. So we could “roll them up and use them as pillows”.

  : Didn't get to stay. But was able to get a refund.
  : The staff lied and said we were no-shows at 3 a.m., but we did come in well before 3 a.m. to try and check-in. She said she didn't see a reservation for my family, and the account was charged. So I contacted management the next day, who said the reservation was there and didn't understand why the receptionist didn't honor it. They refunded our money.

  : Very clean place. Spacious!
  : It's been well over a week since I've visit this place. I'm currently still waiting for my $150 security deposit back into my account. They charged my card $272 in which they started the $150 would be back on my card the next day. It's been well over a week and very unacceptable.

  : A kitchenette is the only benefit to this room.
  : My bed was solid as a rock, I'm 5 months pregnant and didn't have a decent sleep in the entire 5 nights we were booked for. It was literally miserable. The shower pressure is equivalent to a sink, more like a sprinkler, so I felt so unclean. We would look elsewhere for our next trip. I mentioned my concerns to the front desk, their response: "oh I'm sorry". Some of the bulbs were out, so the lighting can be better. And listening to everyone run the halls and slam doors at 6am, didn't help the fact that I already wasn't getting leep with the stiff beds!
