  : The heated towel rail. Had to use it for drying clothes.
  : For 15 days the washing machine was not able go dry clothes. Management ignored the complaints for days. Requested video- how do you take video of a machine not working.? A cleaner who did not speak English came twice but of course could not fix machine. A non-englisj speaking serviceman eventually came, did nothing to try to fix the machine- was rude and lied to management that he had fixed it. Sheets, duvet were old and discoloured could not use them, had to borrow some from friends. Towels were discoloured or scorched Could not use them. Had to borrow some. Pot lids without pots. Cutlery ,plates and glasses were odds and ends, not sets- not enough for 2 people. Blinds don't work, windows don't open as shown in video. Had no power in appliance electrical circuit for a whole day- management did nothing. I had to check the breaker and turn it on. Discovered next day that the old toaster in the flat was the cause. Electric kettle gave off black bits when used. No garbage bags. Worse thing is that Manage was not interested in solving problems. We never met anyone from management- the key was picked jp at a nearby shop. I asked for compensation for the taxi fare to the public laundry but was ignored- consumer protection is being contacted. Worse thing was that Management did not come around or behaved like they cared. WARNING! DON'T GO THERE !Notice the water in the dryer with the setting on ",DRY"

  : Checking in quite complicated and coffee making equipment would have been good.

  : Had to pick up keys from a corner shop about 2 mins away. Very unorganised with confusing instructions to get into the room, rude staff, questionable hygiene

  : My suitcase and my travel case! Was, stolen when checking-in.
