  : The hotel was very clean and extremely quiet! I picked that location because it was central to everything that I wanted to do. I chose Comfort Suites because of the complimentary daily breakfast, which helped to have a great start to the day.
  : The staff at the front desk were not very friendly. I was excited to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room, but the refrigerator had not been defrosted in months and the ice cream I bought melted overnight.

  : I did not experience the place as it had had no electricity for 6 das (since Hurricane Beryl. It was close. not occupiable. I met the the staff guy on the premises, and he canceled my stay there as it was simply not open for business. Booking.com should have k own this when I booked the room. I will not pay any charges on this.
  : What could have been better would have been Booking.com not booking me into a motel that was known at the time of my booking that the motel was closed due to no electricity.

  : The breakfast that’s it…I booked for 4 days only stayed 1. They had the hallway on the 2nd flr on 85•. Soon as you walk in it stink really bad. The channels are hideous the furniture is very dated. The pool was a little dirt needed scamming. The hot tub main attaraction was like a light shade of dark green didn’t get hot at all. The ppl next door dog came out and I’m afraid of dogs.I’m waiting on my refund for the rest of my stay.Oh it’s like trap city there the doors don’t work from the outside even though you have to swipe to get in no handles. It’s a lot oh they have a pice list of all inventory along with how much you’d be charged. The hotel housekeepers don’t even understand English it was a waste of time , gas , and money.This was the start of my 13!day vacation!!!

  : Room key wasn't working... supposedly your phone can't be near the room key. I never had a problem like this with any other hotels I've stayed at. Tired of walking all the way around to hotel just to get in my room.

  : Didn’t stay but thankfully their power was off and I was not charged for the check in that was to be one night non refundable. Nasty smell and not very clean.

  : Room related - found roach in the bath room and near near the bed, bath room door won’t close and we had to push hard with loud noise and also to open disturbing others. Bath tub screen so slippery and uncomfortable for showering. . Even after requesting for room cleaning didn’t get service.

  : Mold all through out room and bathroom. Musky moldy smell though out facility and young desk guy was very rude. Older desk guy was nice.
