  : The location was great. Very close to Chocolate World, the gardens/butterfly pavilion, Hershey park, etc. Our room was as advertised, two comfortable beds. My kids enjoyed the pool, though it was small and they could touch the bottom even in the "deep" end. We were able to check in earlier than advertised which was helpful.
  : Breakfast area was missing some things- no fruit, no cream cheese for bagels, some of the juices were out of order. And the hot tub was under construction and quite messy around the pool area. It's weird to have to walk through the restaurant and lobby from the pool, so people might consider bringing robes or putting clothes back on after swimming.

  : The location was great for visiting hershey park. The breakfast was excellent. Staff was pleasant. There is also posted quiet hours from 10pm to 8am, which was appreciated. Overall I would stay here again.
  : The door to our room was damaged. It was very difficult to open it and didn't seem to shut properly. If the deadlock wasn't locked, anybody could push the door open. Coffee is available 24/7 in the lobby, but the coffee was absolutely TERRIBLE. Worst coffee I've ever had. The tv was direct tv cable, but could not access the channel guide. The volume button on the remote did not work. Smart tv's that can access the internet would be a good upgrade. Housekeeping knocked on the door several times after already declining services. Housekeeping also came around in early morning hours when most people are still in their rooms, which felt like an inconvenient time.

  : The room was clean, and pool was nice Easy to find off the interstate.
  : We booked this resort for the hot tub that hasn't been working in a very long time... Then realized the tv didn't work, after calling the front desk, they said they were "sorry" first day we came back from the park our room door was left open ( from housekeeping) we made it known to the front desk... Again, they were "sorry" day 2...we came back from a day at the park and the room door was left open again...we realized that housekeeping was in and made the bed and left fresh towels. We quickly realized that no toilet paper was left. I went to the front desk and requested a manager and toilet paper. the lady at the front desk said we will fix it.so 1 hour later I called the front desk for toilet paper (again) this time the lady told me " if you want it, you need to come back down here and get it.... unfortunately this was not a good stay for us. We are happy that we did lose any belongings and after speaking with the manager he did give me a credit for 100.00$. he did seem profoundly sorry.
